While renting the car, they took a deposit of EUR 500 and also scanned my documents including my driver license, IDP, and the front of credit card, stating that they need these documents for security purposes. I was asked to pay for the car upon return.
The executive at the counter showed me the damanges on the car, and assured me that we don’t have to worry about those and everything is insured.
Don’t trust their executives. First of all, they absolutely cannot converse in any other language other than Italian and then they would make false promises in their broken English.
After I returned the car in the exact same conditon, as it was given to me, their was another executive at the desk who saw the car and started blaming me for the damages on the car.
After I tried explaining him that those damages were there beforehand, he insisted again and again, that I was responsible for them. He asked me to pay additional EUR 300 for the damages without any proof for repair charges.
He asked me to pay the damages, and when I asked him to send me an invoice for repairs for payment, he showed the copy of my credit card to me and threatened to charge me without my consent. He asked me to leave and told me that he will charge whatever amount he deeems fit from my card.
I requested him to refund the EUR 500 security deposit on my card and even accepted to pay for damages which were not incurred by me, after he would share the repairs invoice with me. But he kept telling me to pay EUR 300 or he would illegally debit money from credit card. I had to call my credit card company in haste to block my card.
I was travelling with my credit card and limited cash. After this incident, I am stuck with the limited amount of cash I have and running short of funds.
I request anybody reading this review to never rent from these cheats! They will block a large sum of money from your card and then twist your arm to pay up for damages you didn’t incur by threatning to charge your credit card without your consent.
Stay away from these frauds!!!! They might look fancy, but they are nothing but a bunch of crooks!!!
Best thing was availability of vehicles on same day as no other place had that.

I highly recommend Auto One if you are looking to rent a car or a motorcycle, you will not be disappointed.
Et chacun d'entre nous avions une rayure à l'arrivée selon le loueur.
25 € chacun en plus pour cette rayure.
En ce qui me concerne rayures sur l'échappement.
J'ai été très attentif et est été très surpris de cette rayure.
Je conseil à l'ensemble des personnes de faire des photos avant le départ de leur scooter notamment les parties basses. Pour être certain qu'aucune rayures n'est déjà présente.
Le service est assez lent. Ils fonctionnent sur papier et réponde au téléphone.
En revanche, ils sont agréable en terme de contact et serviable (aller retour de l'hôtel en voiture par leur soins).
