Ottima accoglienza, struttura moderna tutto pulito e in ordine.

Positive: Al top l’arredamento interno, i riscaldamenti, il comfort e la pulizia dei locali, altrettanto apprezzabili anche le bottigliette d’acqua nel mini frigo ed il caffè a cialde nell’ambiente comune. Negazione: Peccato che nelle immediate vicinanze ci sia solo un parcheggio pubblico a pagamento, quindi sarebbe stata cosa gradita se la struttura avesse rilasciato un pass giornaliero per poterne usufruire senza ulteriori spese. In alternativa ce n’è un altro gratuito (incustodito) a circa 300 metri..

Positive: La stanza arredata con molto gusto e particolarmente confortevole, ottima posizione nel centro cittadino ma non disturbata dal traffico. Colazione ottima nel bel bar sotto casa. Siamo stati piacevolmente colpiti dalla bellezza della città e ci riproponiamo di tornare per visitarla non più di passaggio e con maggior tempo a disposizione. Nel qual caso sicuramente soggiorneremo nuovamente in questa struttura..

חיובי: חדר בעיצוב מודרני חדש נקי ויפה. מיקום מרכזי למדי. שלילי: היותו בקומה 3 מעל חנויות ( כלומר קומה 4) ללא מעלית. החניה ברחוב בתשלום ( מדחן) ובמיקומה המרכזי קשה למציאה התשלום לחניה כ 1 יורו לשעה משמונה עד שמונה א בוקר כוללת קפה וקרואסון שמוגשת בבר בסביבה המחיר לא מוצדק בהשוואה למלונות 4 כוכבים בעיר עם חניה וארוחת בוקר ומעלית שגובים פחות.

We booked this so-called B&B through Booking.com who advertise that it has parking and breakfast. When we arrived there, we were told that the parking was 2 blocks away and it was unclear about whether it was free or not. Breakfast is also provided 2 blocks away in the other direction. Our intended stay for for one night en route to the South of Italy so we expected parking and breakfast to be close at hand. We also did not expect the apartment to be on the 3rd floor with no lift.

Positive: Host was lovely , accommodation was very clean, modern with lovely views of Campobasso centre,. Negative: Nothing was wrong here it’s smashing.

Positive: Posizione,pulizia e camera gradevole.. Negazione: Assenza di ascensore; tre piani a piedi in un vecchio condominio . Bagno piccolo con spazi per i servizi inadeguato; letto piccolo per chi è alto. Colazione inadeguata al prezzo della camera..

Positive: The apartment was clean and modern and there was a high attention to detail architecturally. The air con worked well and was much needed. The shutters are electric and provided complete black out for sleeping. The communal area was also very well designed. The whole place was more like a designer flat than just a room to stay.. Negative: The lack of a lift is difficult with luggage and a buggy but didn’t affect us having a great holiday..

Positive: Everything was great. Very clean. Very comfortable. Host was helpful. Can’t fault anything. Highly recommend it and would stay there again..
