Beatrice Shushan: Ruining one pair of expensive jeans would be annoying but understandable. To continue and ruin 3 pairs is completely unacceptable. The hotel La Gare Sofitel, who sent our clothes to this unprofessional cleaning service, promised the insurance would cover replacements. The Angel service declined to take responsibility, would not even apologise and were totally unsatisfactory altogether. I recomend using any other service in Milan. These people are not qualified and not at all helpful. The hotel finally offered 150 euros towards a stay but I do not recomend this hotel either and would not spend another night there. They spray roome heavily with an allergy causing "perfume" which makes your eyes water and throat sore.
