Gianluca la mattina: Una stella e dire tanto. Intercsp mah che dire sconsiglio vivacemente ma non per gli operai ma per la direzione. Chiamato per un colloquio fatto andare a Asti a iscrivere all agenzia per poi proporre un contratto di prova di 1settimana. Lunedì alle sei inizia senza sapere dove entrare con chi essere affiancato. Per poi metteri vicino a una macchina per verniciare a vedere il funzionamento. Per poi arrivare a casa e sentirsi chiamare dalla agenzia dicendo non idoneo stop al contratto. Ma dico io ma in 8 ore di cui senza pausa come cavolo fate a capire se uno e idoneo o no. Comunque pessima esperienza sconsiglio vivamente questa azienda.

In the evenings. So the hours Europ car web site lists as possible pick up times or returns are not accurate. The guys at Europ car in L’Aquila do not like to stay at the shop past 18.00 (the site says that you can pick up as late as 19.15 on a weekday) and are not at the shop at 1.00 pm either. It is always a ton of excuses: the other evening (31 October) I had a pick up scheduled at 19.15 but they called me at 16.30 to start pestering me about anticipating pick up at 18.00 because they “had to go take care of a client”. So I did my best, changed my plans to accommodate them. Then, on the day of the return, By 18.30 they started again calling me and were gone by the time (19.00) I returned the car. Thankfully a person nearby helped me obtain the cellular phone of one of the guys who I called only to be yelled and screamed and insulted for not having returned the car at 18.00!!!!!!

Unfortunately as I said, this is the only rental in town so I will have to come back when I need a car, but these people have no concept of customer care and do not respect pick up and return times.
