Tripadvisor Reviewer: A bit of a challenge to find the hotel, as it is situated in a very narrow alley-way. However, the hotel is very well situated, close to St. Marcs Square. Travellers should be aware that the hotel reception is on the THIRD floor, up some 50 steps, and NO LIFT! The staff were very helpful however, and did offer to carry our cases. Our room was on the FORTH FLOOR, some 60 steps!||Our room was ver pleasant and clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. ||One 'minus point' was that the rooms didn't have fire alarms. Apparently this is commonplace in Venice!

Ho portato mia figlia al negozio per scegliere una pistola e Mitch ha fatto un ottimo lavoro aiutandola a valutare e selezionare una pistola appropriata. Il servizio, la selezione e la competenza sono eccellenti.
