We got to this situation in the first place because they have machines that accept cash, butt don't give back change. I hope they lose a class action law suit for this borderline-criminal business model. Edit: Thanks for the reply. Since you use the same type of machines and practices that the eni statation in which I was scammed does, this review also applies to your station. You can choose whether to be an eni franchisee or not. If you choose to be part of a company with a criminal business model, your reputation suffers as well. Correct me if I'm wrong.

Il servizio è stato inesistente per telefono (ho rinunciato dopo 22 minuti in attesa solo per chiedere se avevano una particolare stampante in magazzino) e scarso nel negozio. Io e mio marito abbiamo avuto la stessa esperienza in giorni diversi per prodotti diversi: Entriamo nel negozio, l'addetto ci chiede di cosa abbiamo bisogno; siamo molto specifici. Ci manda a stare in una sezione e chiede l'assistenza clienti. Non è venuto nessuno. Mio marito ha rintracciato qualcuno per farsi aiutare. Ho rinunciato, sono tornata a casa e ho ordinato online.
