Julia Chung: When there is no accident, everything is fine, it’s only when you meet trouble you see the real value of the company. I wanted to make a reservation from Korea. They wanted all the documents with the reservation(passport and everything with full payment + deposit (they require two credit cards info- usually with other rent car companies it was only one? )They require all the documents and charged my credit cards before I even arrive to Italy. But they did not show/explain anything about the insurance (did not tell me about full coverage) only after the accident they informed there was an option for full coverage. Also. They wanted me to sign the contract in the middle of downtown road when I already made full payment, and if I cancel, there is huge cancellation fee (NoT logical) They charged us 2586euros for minor scratch on bumper and headlight.
I contacted the customer protection of Italy and sent my appeal. I regret a lot for choosing this company. They did not do their job.
And other services... there are too many people I had contact with from this company. Very confusing. Bad communication. And becareful as they inspect your car for a very very long time when you return... so I recommend you take photos of every part of the car you’re renting so that they won’t charge for wrong things.
