Maria Catalina Diez Peña: Terrible terrible experience! Europecar show car availability in the site, and we receive an email confirming we had the car for us. 2 minutes before picking up the car, they sent us a mail saying there was no available!!!! Also when we arrive to the office they didnt offer an alternative/solution. Also we met a customer there that booked a car to be ready at 9 am, but the office opened at 10. Be aware they don’t respect googlemaps and site timetables. Its my second time I had problems with europecar, in the future I ll not choose them again.

Sono andato all'Home Depot al Forum di Ft. Myers e avevo bisogno di un pavimento di piastrelle e Indira Dyaanand mi ha aiutato. Lei è amichevole, ha il miglior atteggiamento e ha fatto il miglio extra per me. Mi ha aiutato, mi ha chiamato e mi ha informato in ogni fase del processo, dall'ordine delle piastrelle a quando arriveranno nella mia città natale, Home Depot, a Napoli. Non posso esprimere i miei ringraziamenti a lei per aver reso questo acquisto facile. Home Depot siete estremamente fortunati ad avere una così grande dipendente che lavora per voi.
