Maria Catalina Diez Peña: Terrible terrible experience! Europecar show car availability in the site, and we receive an email confirming we had the car for us. 2 minutes before picking up the car, they sent us a mail saying there was no available!!!! Also when we arrive to the office they didnt offer an alternative/solution. Also we met a customer there that booked a car to be ready at 9 am, but the office opened at 10. Be aware they don’t respect googlemaps and site timetables. Its my second time I had problems with europecar, in the future I ll not choose them again.

Ho fissato un appuntamento per far installare l'avvio remoto questa settimana dopo aver parlato con Geek Squad, il ragazzo al telefono mi ha citato $150 con installazione gratuita e ha fissato l'appuntamento per il 12/14/2020. Quando sono arrivato per il mio appuntamento (che era un'ora di macchina), il tecnico ha detto che non mi hanno programmato per abbastanza tempo. Mi ha detto che sarei dovuto tornare una settimana dopo il mio appuntamento originariamente previsto e che sarebbe costato 350 dollari con installazione gratuita. Hanno bisogno di mettersi insieme e avrebbero potuto risparmiarmi un lungo viaggio da Austin.
