Maria Catalina Diez Peña: Terrible terrible experience! Europecar show car availability in the site, and we receive an email confirming we had the car for us. 2 minutes before picking up the car, they sent us a mail saying there was no available!!!! Also when we arrive to the office they didnt offer an alternative/solution. Also we met a customer there that booked a car to be ready at 9 am, but the office opened at 10. Be aware they don’t respect googlemaps and site timetables. Its my second time I had problems with europecar, in the future I ll not choose them again.

Guardando indietro all'ora o giù di lì è stata una buona esperienza. Mi sto riprendendo da un grande intervento chirurgico e camminare è difficile e spingere un carrello della spesa ha reso le cose più difficili. Entrando in Home Depot un impiegato ha notato e mi ha suggerito di usare un carrello elettrico immediatamente alla mia destra, cosa che ho fatto. Il suo interesse spontaneo mi ha fatto sentire benvenuto e a mio agio. Fortunatamente avevo il mio cane di servizio con me e il carrello elettrico ha reso il mio shopping molto meglio. Per tutto il tempo che sono stato nel negozio ogni dipendente è stato cortese e disponibile. Sorprendentemente molti altri acquirenti si sono offerti di aiutarmi. Dopo la cassa un altro dipendente (Nate) ha portato fuori i miei acquisti e li ha caricati sul mio camion. È stata una bella gita e più di qualche persona l'ha resa una grande giornata.
