La struttura presenta un grande vantaggio, la sua posizione, strategica per chi ha necessità di raggiungere l'aeroporto di Fiumicino, La villa e' bellissima, ed è' possibile ascoltare il mare dalla propria camera.. Positive: Posizione buona. Staff cortese e gentile e ha fornito tutte le indicazioni necessarie. Colazione buona e abbondante . La signora ci ha atteso anche a tarda sera e ci ha accolto indicandoci buoni posti dove cenare anche tardi.. Negazione: nulla in particolare.

Positive: We 6 stayed 4 nights in 3 lovely rooms. The owner Mary Ellen is a charming, welcoming hostess, so fascinating to talk to and who, along with her assistant Marlon, made us extremely comfortable. We enjoyed fruit, toast, tasty pastries and copious amounts of delicious coffee for breakfast and the walk to the beach, which took about 10 minutes was flat and pleasant. We went mid July and the beach was not at all crowded. Sunbeds (6 euros) and umbrellas (3 euros) could be hired at Lido, where drinks and food could be bought at reasonable prices. All in all, we loved Villa Bianca and Fregene in general and hope to return. Thank you for giving us such a relaxing break..

We absolutely loved our stay here. Mary Ellen was amazing she went out of her way to help us out and make our stay as smooth as possible. The Accommodation was stunning and the location perfect. A very relaxing special place. Will definitely return to stay longer another time.

Положительный: Очень приветливая и приятная хозяйка. Дом большой, чистый и уютный. Из минусов - это не было вайфая и комары) ну комары это от местности конечно, зависит, а не от дома. Если окна не распахивать, пользоваться кондиционером, то все норм.. Негативный: Не было wi-fi.

Sono stata a Villa bianca per un weekend.|La casa è carina ed il giardino curato.|Le camere grandi col bagno ma molto datate e che necessitano di manutenzione.||Biancheria scompagnata e un po’ stropicciata, accessori non curati (tappetini bagni sporchi, con capelli...).||Colazione non invitante e alle 8 non è pronta ( siamo andati al bar).||Padrona di casa ‘rigida’.||Prezzo (95€ a camera fine agosto) sproporzionato rispetto ai servizi offerti.

Ho soggiornato nei giorni adiacenti a ferragosto. La signora Mary Ellen si è dimostrato sin da subito molto accogliente e disponibile.
Il soggiorno è stato ottimo, buona colazione, a pochi passi dalla spiaggia ed inoltre abbiamo potuto usufruire delle biciclette dell’alloggio per spostarci nei dintorni.
Sceglierò di nuovo questa struttura nel caso in cui dovessi soggiornare a Fregene.

Bellissima villa in Fregene! La proprietaria Mary Ellen è una splendida persona sempre a disposizione dei suoi ospiti. Le camere sono spaziose e dotate di aria condizionata.
Ci sono a disposizione anche le biciclette.
Ho soggiornato diverse volte a Villa bianca e ci torno sempre con piacere.

Posto davvero stupendo, sia per quanto riguarda la struttura che per l' ospitalità e l' accoglienza. Ci siamo sentiti a casa. Camere grandi, con bagno in camera e condizionatore. Colazione molto varia che cerca di accontentare tutti i gusti. Ottima anche la pulizia.

Positive: Perfect location if you like to combine your city trip with the option to relax at the beach. Even if you don't fancy the beach, the beauty and quietness of Fregene is a nice escape from the busy Rome. Take the Bus from the main street in Fregene to the Maccarese train station. (Hard to find a bus schedule) but they run quite regular on weekdays. The owner, Mary Ellen offers great hospitality, I found her very nice, friendly and helpful. She knows how to make her guests feel comfortable. We had good tips for nice restaurants, and there are plenty of nice restaurants along the beach. and personally, I love her pets!.

Positive: Villa incantevole a poche centinaia di metri dal mare. Struttura estremamente curata. La titolare è gentile e assolutamente disponibile. Ciò che fa davvero la differenza è la qualità del riposo notturno: mai dormito così bene. Camere ampie, rifinite e pulite. Consigliatissimo.

Wir haben eine wundervolle Zeit in der Villa Bianca verbracht. Die Besitzerin ist sehr nett und kinderfreundlich. Sie hatte immer einen Ausflugstipp parat und uns mit einem abwechslungsreichen Frühstück verwöhnt. Sogar selbstgemachter Kuchen wurde uns kredenzt.
Unterkunft definitiv für Familien mit kleinen Kindern geeignet.

Positiv: Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und sie gibt viele Tipps für Points of Interest. Das Frühstück war wunderbar abwechslungsreich und sättigend. Il mio compagno ed io abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura qualche giorno ai primi dell'anno, la proprietaria MaryEllen, una raffinatissima signora canadese, la sua collaboratrice Michela e la cagnolona Golden ci hanno accolto con cortesia e disponibilità nella bella ed elegante villa. Il giardino è curatissimo, le stanze accoglienti, la colazione ottima, posizione perfetta... cosa desiderare di più?! Sicuramente da consigliare ed appena ci sarà possibile, torneremo a farci coccolare a Villa Bianca!

The Villa is located in a quaint town of Fregene, which is quiet and only 30 minutes away from bustling Rome!

E' un posto magico, il giardino bellissimo, le stanze sono splendide e accoglienti. La casa è estremamente pulita e la padrona di casa presente e disponibile e la sua casa è davvero un luogo perfetto per rilassarsi dallo stress della città. Lo consiglio vivamente.

Mary Ellen was a delight to deal with and saw that everything was ready for us upon our arrival. She happened to be away when we arrived but her neighbor, Paula was just as friendly and helpful when she checked us in. Mary Ellen has a beautiful home and it is walking distance to the beach. Without a doubt, I would recommend this place to anyone traveling in or around Rome. When I travel, what is most important to me is how we are treated. I can't say enough about how wonderful Mary Ellen and Paula were. Even though Mary Ellen was away, she stayed in constant contact to make sure everything was going well. I couldn't have asked for nicer people to deal with. Thank you ladies. It was a pleasure to meet you and stay in your home.

Villa molto bella gestita da una squisita signora di origine Canadese... Amante dei cani e dei gatti... E fin quì.... Il problema è che i peli di questi splendidi amici sono tutti sulle sedie a colazione... E con i bambini non è esattamente il massimo... I problemi nascono nelle stanze un pò fatiscenti e nella colazione un pò "stentata" ... Ovvero non chiedere cosa voglio mangiare di volta in volta. Offrimi la colazione senza tentare di risparmiare....

Были в конце июля. Вилла очень красивая. Два этажа. Красивая территория. Лужайка, фонтанчик, пинии. Очень приветливая хозяйка. Приятный вид с балкона на соседние виллы. Но на балконе нет стульев - не посидеть теплым вечером. Комната нам досталась просторная со своей ванной. Из других комнат до ванной нужно идти по коридору. В комнате и ванной чисто. Есть все необходимое и даже больше. Все очень красиво и мило. Но... Ощущение, что ты в чужом доме, как бедный родственник. В комнате в шкафу висит чужая одежда, на полках ванной все занято разными хозяйскими флаконами и баночками. В общем, вещи держали в чемодане. На первом этаже красиво оформленная гостиная, большой телевизор. Но не пользовались. Не понятно что можно трогать, что нельзя... Есть wifi. В доме живут собака и кошка. Очень милые, но все в шерсти - и белый большой диван в гостиной, и качели на веранде и сиденья стульев. Так что позавтракать или просто посидеть на воздухе нам не довелось. Возможно,так не всегда, возможно просто не успели убрать...Хорошо еще, что у нас нет аллергии на животных. Представляю, какой это сюрприз для аллергиков. На сайте информации о животных не было. Завтраки ужасные. Стакан сока из пакетика, сухари, джем и разогретые в микроволновке квелые круассаны из супермаркета. Кофе нормальный. Холодильник на кухне, кухня в зоне хозяйки, куда она просила не заходить. Если что-то нужно (положить или взять что-то в холодильнике, штопор)), бокалы, тарелки и т.п.), то нужно звать хозяйку, а она не всегда на месте, или не слышит, или уже отдыхает, или что-то еще, или просто уже не удобно ее беспокоить. В общем, при том, что заплатили не так уж мало денег, не покидало чувство бедного родственника в гостях. И еще. От моря совсем не 10 мин пешком, как было указано в описании. Скорее 10 мин на машине. для себя сделали вывод, что лучше гостиница или апартаменты , где ты сам себе хозяин.

Arrivati verso le 21:00, veniamo accolti da una signora ed il suo cane Golden in una villa di grande classe. La signora Mery mi permette di parcheggiare la mia auto all'interno poiché presa da 2 giorni:grazie |Detto ciò, entriamo dentro casa e la prima cosa che viene a colpire e' l'arredamento, style Old England. Saliamo le scale e ci viene fatta vedere la nostra stanza che a suo dire era la più bella: ed è stato così davvero! Bagno con doccia pulitissimo.|Letto super comodo e vista sul giardino che ti permette di rilassarti al 100%!|Se dovessi trovare un Neo, la mancanza della TV in camera...|In merito alla disponibilità della Signora, darei voto 10 con lode.|Nulla da dire, quindi, se non che torneremo molto molto molto presto.|

We rented 2 rooms from MaryEllen and they were well appointed. There was a problem with the hot water while we were there. The breakfast was adequate although, (as is usual in Italy) there was only espresso coffee available.

ho soggiornato e mi sono trovata come a casa mia. tutto molto elegante e raffinato condito dalla gentilezza della padrona di casa. consiglio a tutti perchè molto rilassante e per chi ama l'eleganza. sicuramente ci tornerò.

Arrived late and left early so all our information on Fregene was unused. But from what we saw Fregene seems like a good place to rest even if just killing a day before a flight.||Villa Bianca was very nice, quiet and comfortable.

Se volete rilassarvi è il posto per voi. Posto bellissimo e pulito, ottima colazione, chi lo gestisce è davvero gentile e fa di tutto per metterti a tuo agio. La posizione è centrale perchè vicina alla via principale di Fregene e alla zona dei negozi. Consiglio!
