We booked this hotel for a two night stay through Booking.com. Not cheap. Sadly 2 days prior to our stay our daughter hurt her ankle back in the UK and we had to cut short our holiday. The hotel charged us for a night (€119) and we explained our situation and spoke to Booking.com who hoped they could resolve the matter as a day earlier we could have cancelled for no charge. They were totally inflexible and insisted on the charge. I am very surprised as we have always found a great warmth in Italien people. Very disappointed. Will never use again.

5 Sterne sicher in der Hand gehabt und dann trotz tausend Kreditkartenakzeptanzaufkleber: Nein, erst ab 15 €

Leute sind nett, die Vinoteca macht was her, Regale mit Flaschen, sehr stylisch!!

Gute Weine, die Gläser könnten etwas besser gefüllt sein, aber dafür gab es Antipasti dazu...

Besuch lohnt sich...

Ho soggiornato 2 notti per una visita di passaggio ad alba. Il b&b si trova in pieno centro quindi molto comodo per raggiungere a piedi bar e ristoranti, ha un parcheggio in una corte interna e la stanza di cui ho usufruito ero molto grande e spaziosa. Note negative: siamo stati svegliati dal camion della nettezza urbana che svuotava i bidoni dell immondizia e i vetri a 1 metro dalla nostra finestra ( dove ci sono i cassonetti).. L' odore di cibo che sale dalla cucina ubicata sotto la stanza è davvero fastidioso e molto forte rendendo poco piacevole il soggiorno in camera, la ventola in bagno rimane accesa perennemente, anche di notte!!! Colazione scarsissima da mensa, ho chiesto una spremuta d arancia e non è stato possibile averla perché terminate le arance!!!!!Per i servizi offerti il prezzo è esagerato. Sconsigliato!

Positive: Located in the heart of Alba, accross from the Church, and an-almost pedestrian area, with a very good choice of restaurants and shops. The room was huge, and though the bathroom was very nice, it was supprisingly small in comparaison! The breakfast was lovely, and the staff helpful and welcoming.

Positive: Siamo appena rientrato da questa zona x noi nuova direi eccellente, per quanto riguarda la struttura fantastica, ha soddisfatto tutte le nostre aspettative, posizione top, pulizia sublime personale gentile e disponibile... E che dire colazione formidabile, grazie di tutto anche x il tour dei borghi da voi suggerito, sicuramente ci torneremo chi lo sa magari nel periodo del tartufo. Grazie e buon tutto Mary e Tommy .

Положительный: Отель в центре города. Бесплатная парковка. Доброжелательная хозяйка. Продлила нам парковку на 1 час днем.. Негативный: Шумно, если открывать окна. До позднего вечера и с раннего утра (часов с 5). А кондиционер работает только на тепло, а в номере было душновато и не прохладно. Очень скудный завтрак. Все выдают по кусочку. Кусочек прошутто, кусочек сыра. Но больше всего не понравилось спать без пододеяльника. Под одеяло стелят простынь. И говорят, что в Италии так принято. Но это как минимум не гигиенично в 21 веке! Рядом в маленьком городке Нейве стелят пододеяльники, кстати..

Positiv: Die Lage ist perfekt, kann kaum besser sein - sehr gut zum anfahren und doch mitten im Zentrum. DAs Frühstück ist sehr gut. Super Schinken und Käse, Marmelade und klasse Espresso. Negativ: Parkpätze sind am Haus nicht wirklich vorhanden, aber in ein paar Gehminuten gibt es kostenfreie Parkplätze..

Posto molto bello. Ampia la scelta dei vini.
Noi l'abbiamo scelto perché faceva freddo per un aperitivo all'aperto e il locale, effettivamente, era bello caldo. Lo spritz buono. Gli stuzzichini di accompagnamento, però, quasi inesistenti.

Locale molto carino in zona strategica per il centro di Alba.||Solo 2 camere, molto belle, spaziose e curate.||Cantina vini fornitissima.||Personale cordiale e disponibile, posto auto interno o in garage non lontano.
