The worst car rental experience ever - I would have rated it 0 or negative if at all possible. The staff is never there - usually taking a cigarette break whenever you arrive. The car that we booked (premium compact - Alfa Romeo Julietta or similar) was not available, but nobody bothered to inform us about it (even though I' registered with Avis Preferred). The only car they had was cigarette stinking Fiat Panda which they wanted us to take instead of the car we booked. As we were not happy with the car, they suggested that we could drive it to the nearby airport location - however they refused to call that location and confirm their inventory. After some back and forth we decided to drive the little smelly Fiat to Verona airport, just to learn that there was absolutely no cars available there either. When we left the car there (after driving for 10 minutes between two Avis locations) we were charged for a full day of rental. Unbelievable. The worst customer service ever experienced.

It is small office. And there is no Lock Box. So if you need to drop car in no working hours, you are in trouble.

Terrible! I didn't receive a car that was booked a month ago. The manager was rude and absolutely not client oriented. I will definitely claim to their HQ about this issue!

Muy malo el servicio, tuvimos un problema y el numero de asistencia nunca nos atendió, visitamos una oficina y se lavaron las manos diciendo que llame al num de servio q toco atendió a ellos.. muy mala experiencia.
