Visitata l'azienda personalmente abbiamo ricevuto una bellissima presentazione del processo produttivo e della selezione delle materie prime. Un ragazzo molto gentile e professionale ci ha accolti ed offerto vari assaggi di olii ed altri prodotti tipici. Azienda innovativa e con prodotti di nicchia che personalmente penso siano di altissima qualità. Ho apprezzato molto anche prodotti innovativi quali il crunch e polvere di oliva unici sul mercato.

Approccio altamente qualitativo al prodotto, massima attenzione al territorio e alla materia prima con un occhio curioso e intelligente all’innovazione. Personale preparato, disponibile, cordiale, appassionato. Struttura curata e piacevole alla visita: l’unione di un piccolo museo, una “boutique” dell olio, una zona degustazione/vendita ed ovviamente il frantoio. L’ olio poi si commenta da solo all’assaggio: stupendo, espressivo, vivo. Ho avuto la fortuna di capitare durante una vacanza in un giorno di frangitura e tornerò ogni volta che passo di qui.

Sensationell. Bestes Olivenöl und beste Balsamico am Gardasee. Beste Beratung und Verkostung. Und wir waren rundum einige probieren inklusive "Ölmuseum. Eigentlich schreibe ich keine Rezensionen. Aber hier habe ich es versprochen und verdiente 5 Sterne. Und es gibt noch Olivencrunch für das Frühstück oder Fruchtaufstrich ohne Zucker oder Weine oder... Wow.

Olio eccezionale. Di solito lascia il segno sui vestiti ma questo lo ha lasciato nel mio cuore. Molto bello il negozio dove, prima di tutto, ti spiegano come lavorano e come ottengono i loro prodotti (hanno infatti anche vini, aceti e conserve) e, solo dopo averteli fatti assaggiare, compri quello che vuoi senza sentirti pressato

Sehr sympathische und prima Beratung bezüglich der dort hergestellten und angebotenen, sehr hochwertigen Olivenöle, Balsamico, Weine und andere Produkte. Alle Produkte wurden mit Erklärungen zu Herkunft, Inhalten und weiteren interessanten Informationen zum Verkosten angeboten. Wer Qualität sucht und nicht jeden Euro umdreht, wird hier fündig.

At OlioCRU you can buy high-quality and exceptional oils, compost, vinegars, olives and wines. The owner is a very friendly man, who is with heart and soul in the matter. My boyfriend and I got an incredibly interesting tour of his store and were really allowed to taste all the treats - from oil to wine. We were completely convinced of his products - honestly the best olive oil and vinegar we have ever tasted so far - and brought us loads of delicacies to Germany. We can recommend Oliocru to everyone. Here you will find great gifts for the loved ones at home as well as for yourself. A visit is worthwhile in any case and will definitely complete your "Lago di Garda" visit.

If you like locally sourced products and great taste, then check out OlioCRU. If you want, you can have a full tasting experience of the oils, vinegars, compotes, wines and their new inventions. We were amazed, especially by the apple balsamic!
The staff really cares about their products and will explain how they are made. They will also show you a trick to check if you have 100% olive oil or a product that has been tampered with.
Some people will find this expensive. But consider: if you buy quality products: "a little goes a long way". You will only need a few drops to make your dish taste spectacular.

Oltre ad aver degustato tutte le varietà del miglio olio che io abbia mai assaggiato, ne sono uscito con una cultura in fatto di olio e derivati e sulle loro incredibili attività prebiotiche. L'olio è veramente qualche cosa di unico e gli nitratori alimentari saranno sempre presenti nella mia colazione. Grazie allo staff che mi ha accolto e guidato come capita veramente poche volte. Bravi ragazzi, a presto.

Plecam, miła Pani oprowadziła po sklepie, opowiedziała co z czego jak i dlaczego, przeprowadziliśmy degustację oliwy i pasty z oliwek, jako całkowitemu laikowi Pani udzieliła info która oliwa do czego pasuje.
Jak to już wielokrotnie napisano: oliwa tania nie jest, ale na prawdę warto dla własnego podniebienia i wiedzy - jak oliwa powinna smakować.

Wonderful tasting experience and a wide selection of olive oils! Luka, our guide, gave us an explanation of the entire process, growing location, and why these oils are different from larger commercial producers. He allowed us to taste as many oils and products as we wanted, even giving us recipe ideas. The prices range from $15 - $100+, so there's a product in every price range. The Garda DOP oils, olive pate, and balsamic vinegars are heavenly!

First time for olive oil tasting. Our guide was really nice, his enthusiasm and knowledge convinced us too :) magnificent tastes, we couldn't stop at 1 bottle so we took a package of 4 at the end of the tour. :D international order is possible, I'm sure we will use it in the future!

Die Führung von Riccardo hat uns absolut gefallen. Man merkt, dass er mit viel Herzblut für hochwertige Produkte aus Öl und Wein dabei ist. Die Produkte welche im Shop angeboten werden, sind von ausgezeichneter Qualität. Hier ist für jeden etwas Besonderes zu finden.
