Was treated by my family to a trip to Rome for my birthday staying here. Lovely hotel with fantastic staff. I would say this is a small quiet hotel with minimal "common" areas to sit & have a drink but that's a small gripe.

Positive: La location, il ristorante, il personale. Negazione: Le camere non sono come nelle immagini ( da ciò che si evince tutte hanno il letto a baldacchino ma in realtà non è così ), la struttura sembra più nuova, invece è vecchiotta. Bagno cieco troppo piccolo, con pareti trasparenti..

Hotel Boutique situado en un palacete totalmente reformado a tres minutos caminando de la Piazza del Popolo. Me llamó mucho la atención la decoración con obras de artistas contemporáneos, como un gorila rosa de Mauricio Savini.||Aún estando cerca de la Piazza del Popolo, la zona es muy tranquila, con calles arboladas, tiendas, supermercados, cafeterías...||El servicio de habitaciones es rápido y la comida sabrosa. Los postres excesivamente caros, tanto o más que un plato principal, entiendo el precio para el restaurante con estrella michelín, pero no para el servicio de habitaciones.||El desayuno muy abundante, rico y muy bien presentado. No pude disfrutarlo completo porque tenía prisa.||Para llegar a recepción hay que entrar en un patio y subir una pequeña escalinata. ||Cuando llegué había varios coches aparcados en el patio de acceso al hotel y tuve que esperar a que se fuera uno para poder entrar porque no me cogían las maletas por el hueco que había dejado. Lo comento porque me generó la sensación de no ser la entrada principal, incluso llegué a dar la vuelta a la manzana por si me había equivocado.||Quisiera mencionar al chico nuevo de recepción, es muy atento y educado.

The best experience. The food, service, cleanliness and location was perfect. Loved every moment. The front desk - Claudia was super sweet - and the food at All’Oro was worth the trip alone. The breakfast was to die for. Definitely a lovely boutique hotel for all visitors.

I stayed here on business in December and I was very surprised by the quality of the hotel. Slightly difficult to find in the first instance, behind closed gates, but once inside it had a small but nice reception area with friendly staff. My room was on the ground floor, spacious, large 4-poster bed, very nice bathroom with large walk in shower. Comfortable bed, coffee machine, all the usual amenities in the room you'd need, and no single use plastic toiletries that aren't necessary in hotels anymore. ||||Located a short walk from Poppolo, the hotel is in a good neighbourhood. ||||Breakfast was slightly more than needed with a one size fits all michelin style take on it, although this is nice, it was a bit much and I'd prefer an a la carte order process instead, that's my only small quibble. ||||I'd recommend though and I'd stay again.

Absolutely amazing stay at this hotel, I will definitely be returning. The level of service was incredible and nothing felt like too big of a problem (booking taxi, asking for tables or recommendations). The breakfast is also outstanding.

Positive: Location in a good area. Good beds.. Negative: arrived exhausted after night-flight and searching the place with map for quite a while. In reception they started to tell next day`s breakfast, three options. No menu given, just explanations. At that point I more wanted to go to my room, take shower and have a nap. So I just said make something good. Well, at first morning I was served water and beans in addition to something else. And room was little cold, heater made noise and worked for 5 minutes, then 5 minutes silent. But I solved these problems with personnel and latter days I got what wanted in breakfast. Even juice and eggs).

Desde nossa chegada, tudo feito com muita vontade de nos fazer sentir em casa. Mas ate antes disso, dias antes de nossa chegada foi nos oferecido ajuda para programarmos nossa estadia com auxilio de "things to do", oferecido transfer (obviamente como um servico extra), mas ainda assim, nos faz sentir seguros em chegarmos num hotel que pudessemos nos sentir realmente acolhidos. E assim o foi! ||Ja no check in foi nos perguntado preferencias para cafe da manha (doce ou salgada)... Early check in (por disponibilidade, claro) oferecido como cortesia sem requisitarmos... Frutas e cafe Lavazza no quarto como complemento e super bem vindos. Toda equipe nos atendeu com cortesia e muitissima boa vontade: Sara, Arturo, Graziano e Alessio. Esbanjando simpatia...Ja o Daniele (e toda equipe no cafe da manha) era verdadeiramente um caso a parte: mais que atencioso!!! Sabia nosso gosto no 2o. dia de cafe da manha, sempre sorrindo...uma pessoa que sabe fazer um atendimento de excelencia de verdade, digno realmente de um hotel 5 estrelas (e tambem estrelado - Michelin). Fizemos uma pequena refeicao no quarto e foi deliciosa.... Ademais, toda equipe de servico, irretocaveis!!! Todo conforto do quarto e banho, com limpeza primorosa (essa equipe tambem sempre gentil e sorridente)... e o cheirinho em todo entorno (Jo Malone) sao memoraveis! Meu marido e eu nos sentidos perfeitamente acolhidos e fortemente recomendamos essa experiencia verdadeiramente tailor made... <3. Desejamos vida longa a toda equipe!

Positiv: Die Lage ist recht zentral, ca. 5 Minuten Fußweg von der Metro-Station Flaminio. Das Hotel gefällt durch einen perfekten Service, beginnend an der Rezeption und endend mit dem Service im Restaurant. Die Einrichtung ist modern und stylisch, das Bad ist groß und ebenfalls modern. Trotzdem passt die Einrichtung stimmig zum alten Charakter des Hauses. Sowohl Zimmer als auch Bad waren sehr sauber und wirkten sehr gepflegt. Das Frühstück ist ein echtes Juwel. Herzhaft, süß oder gemischt wird es frisch zubereitet und am Platz bei einem stimmigen Ambiente serviert. Unglaublich lecker, viele verschiedene Geschmacksvarianten und auf Wunsch inkludierte Extras (Säfte, Ei, Pancakes, frische Salami, Schinken...). Dazu ein unaufdringlicher, aber perfekter Service und ein offenes Kaminfeuer. On Top: Freundliche, hilfsbereite und sehr, sehr nette Angestellte - überall!. Negativ: Nicht einen Mangel!!!.

Ein sehr gut geführtes und noch immer recht gut gelegenes Hotel, ca. 5 Minuten von der U-Bahn entfernt. |Hervorragender Service, sehr, sehr aufmerksames Personal, unglaublich freundlich, höflich und bemüht. ||Die Zimmer sind geschmackvoll gestaltet, das Bad modern und sauber. |WLAN ist schnell und das Frühstück? Sensationell!|Alles frisch, sehr lecker und auf Wunsch zubereitet. Der Service am Tisch aufmerksam aber unaufdringlich. Besser geht es wirklich nicht!||Klar Empfehlung!!!

Hotel boutique exclusivo (14 suites) com excelente localização (metrô Flaminio) e staff cordial. Destaque para o café da manhã feito na hora. Para um 5 estrelas apresentou problema grave: quarto 208 com banheiro de porta e parede de vidro e um carpete escondendo um desnível no chão em frente à pia, risco de acidente. Outro detalhe: TV smart com função de pareamento indisponível/desabilitada.

We spent 4 nights at the H’all Tailor Suit and loved it.|The hotel is located very close to the station and an easy walk from many major sites (about 25 minutes walk to the Vatican, same sort of distance to Pantheon/Trevi fountain) whilst being itself in a nice, quiet location. Given the accomodation itself looks like a villa there is a very intimate feeling to the place and you certainly get the unique, boutique hotel experience. |The staff were a stand out. We felt very well looked after, from check in to check out. Breakfast provided each morning at their restaurant is wonderful, being a selection of dishes presented to you each morning. Our dietary requirements were catered to and the coffee was amazing. |The rooms itself are spacious, clean and have a luxurious feel to them. The shower is huge and overall after a long trip we really enjoyed the comfort the room provided. |We would certainly love to stay again should we return to Rome.

Hotel is ideally located close to metro station. Room is clean and spacious.||Staff are extremely helpful, especially Danielle and Guiseppe who work in the restaurant but also those who work at the desk. ||The breakfast is incredible and the staff cater for your every need. I was in contact with the management prior to booking our trip and the manager was beyond accommodating and helpful. A smooth check in and a beautiful suite with the balcony I had asked for and we were ready to explore Rome. The amenities are fantastic and the staff are super friendly and helpful. The breakfast was the highlight with great attention to detail from both the manager Daniele and Guiseppe. I admired one of their fabulous marmalades and wanted to find out where to buy some to take home for my mom, to be told it’s made in house. The next morning manager Daniele presented me with a tub in a gift bag for my mom. Thank you again for that kind gesture. ||It’s the small details that made this boutique hotel stand out for us, the fruit platter left in the room and the Halloween cookies as well as the wonderful front desk staff who are ever so helpful! ||H’All tailor Suite was a wonderful place to stay during our Rome visit. Thank you again.

Hotel novo, bem decorado, funcionários gentis e prestativos. Café da manha espetacular servido na mesa, sem aquela pressa quando acaba o horário. O restaurante D'Oro merece uma visita no jantar (Tem que reservar), uma das melhores experiências em degustação que tive. Maravilhoso! ||Localização próxima a Piaza Del Popolo... ótima!||so falta uma piscina para se refrescar, mas tbem não tive nem tempo de sentir realmente falta. Voltaria com certeza.

We stayed 5 nights in a Junior Deluxe Suite. I must say that the room is very well appointed. It’s sleek, stylish and very comfortable. I searched the internet and read reviews. My husband and I loved the staff and the restaurant. Before our arrival I emailed the hotel about tours and also a private car from the airport. They handled all of it for us. It’s another level of service at The H’All. It’s everything we want in a luxury boutique hotel. The Michelin Star restaurant is the best Michelin Star restaurant we have had the pleasure of dining. The presentation, service and menu are all above expectation. Our wine was perfectly paired by the sommelier. We loved it. Even the room service dining is exceptional. Cheers to the staff that made our stay comfortable, easy and luxurious. We are finicky so hats off to you all. AND! Thank you so much for packing a breakfast box for our 6:30am departure. You were all so kind. We will miss The H’All. We will definitely return. Prego!

I am not one to write reviews, although I do read them when booking for my own use. I have to make an exception with this incredible hotel. From the friendly and incredible staff to the remarkable breakfast (I would describe it, but it is better for you to put your hands together in delight when you see what was placed in front of my wife and I for what I thought would be a simple breakfast of bread and croissants...NOT! ||||If I could give the hotel an 11, I would. From the modern and creative hotel rooms to the remarkable staff, and for the experience that kept getting better and better, I simply can't say enough about this hotel. There are only 17 rooms, so I would urge you to book before you miss out on the best hotel experience in Rome, if not anywhere else! Bravo, H"All Tailor Suites!

Quick stopover in Rome en route to Montenegro and couldn’t fault this hotel.||The service is what stands out - every demand was catered to immediately. All details have been considered here right down the the slippers and robes. Option to have breakfast in room (or restaurant) was great for our early departure. ||Highly recommend.

Positiva: La encargada, Giorgia, quiso en todo momento que nuestra estancia fuera perfecta. El desayuno, que ya era muy muy pero que muy bueno, lo adaptó a nuestros gustos. Zona tranquila, nada de ruidos, muy cerca de la Plaza del Popolo........En definitiva, la estancia fue inmejorable.. Negativa: Nada, realmente no hubo nada que no me gustara. Great stay at this hotel! The room is beautifully decorated, modern, clean and the staff is very friendly and accommodating for anything you require during the stay. There is a Michelin star restaurant in the lower level that is FANTASTIC. Great location, only a 10 minute walk to the centre of Rome (piazza di Spagna). Would definitely recommend and come back to this hotel.

We’ve just spent 4 days in Rome and stayed at the H’all Tailor Suite, and it was honestly the best hotel we’ve ever stayed in. We had the pink suite with the jacuzzi bath and balcony which was absolutely beautiful and immaculate. ||||The bathroom was just beautiful, with a jacuzzi bath big enough to fit 5 people in it, and twin sinks with a lovely big mirror. The bedroom had a quirky design, with a very comfortable king sized bed, amazing pillows and a big TV. The hotel is on a side street so the street noise is minimal, which is completely silenced when lowering the shutters on the windows (that are also great for creating a completely black-out room when taking an afternoon nap). ||||The best thing about the hotel though, by far, was the staff. It is quite a small hotel, and the staff always made an effort to remember you and make conversation. They were extremely polite, professional, and nothing was too much trouble for them. Everyday that we returned from our day out, our room had been immaculately cleaned and the service at reception and breakfast was outstanding!||||10/10 and we cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. Absolutely worth every one of their 5 stars.

I loved this beautiful hotel, the staff is amazing , polite and caring to your every need. The gourmet breakfast is a highlight of the day, never to be forgotten. The suite was very spacious and the bathroom with a jacuzzi was the best experience after a day walking in the city. The only negative thing I can say is that the housekeeper room was wall to wall with my suite and I could hear her every movement waking me up at 8 am. ||Aside from this, the best hotel I ever stayed in Rome.

This hotel is truly lovely; beautiful design, comfortable beds, delicious breakfasts and an amazing sleep! ||||Set in the heart of Rome, you’re just a short walk away from the stunning sights....but be prepared it’s a tourist city through and through. There are so many people it makes sight seeing in summer heat unbearable. ||||But back to the hotel....with blackout shutters, excellent air conditioning and a choice of pillows, sleeping here was an absolute dream. So comfortable and spacious, despite the 35 degree heat outside. ||||Breakfast was included and it’s a sight to behold! Lots of yummy dishes to try and you’ll feel full for a good few hours afterwards! ||||The staff were excellent; attentive, polite and extremely professional. ||||The only downside is the glass en-suite bathroom...stunning design but not practical at all. The door stuck a lot and the shower door fitting looked quite precarious. Good wow factor, but not hugely effective. Also, for a high end hotel, there was no conditioner provided which was annoying. Otherwise, this is definitely a top hotel and made our very hot hot time in Rome much more bearable! Thank you to the great bar staff and reception team.

This is a great hotel and a wonderful location. The hotel is beautifully furnished and very comfortable. The hotel employees are very willing to support their customers. However the greatest issue is the air-conditioning not performing to American or Asian standards. I would not stay here during the summer, unless they can fix their air conditioning to be suitable to American standards. Most Americans would be comfortable with air-conditioning between 69 to 75°F. The room was much warmer than this and therefore not comfortable. I would love to stay there again but not during the summer unless they can fix this problem

Staff are very friendly and helpful and were able to arrange tickets for visiting the Vatican and make restaurant recommendations. The restaurant is excellent and highly recommended. Nice hotel, but as other have said, not quite 5 star. The bathroom isn’t finished to a high standard and could be cleaner. Air conditioning struggled a bit some times.

Good hotel, lovely breakfast and great staff who try hard but consistent with other reviews, the air conditioning clearly struggles in warmer weather. We notified the desk manager who was very diligent in getting someone to look at it but it didn’t make a meaningful difference which meant it was a very uncomfortable sleep. When you’re paying 430 Euros for a room, you expect the air conditioning to be as good as you need it.

the rooms were excellent, 2 bedrooms. nicely appointed. excellent service. giorgia, the concierge was fabulous. the breakfast was amazing. the only dings were the AC not cooling the room quite enough and the hotel being slightly away from rome so you couldnt walk to things.

Outstanding hotel with stellar service!! Excellent breakfast and modern rooms. Great location near metro and walkeable distance to main attractions. Would certainly stay again. Good to have the provided airconditioning too.

We spent 2 nights in Rome and decided to try this boutique hotel. The room has a very modern design and got everything we need. The bathroom is spacious too. The breakfast is not buffet style but that makes it count! They serve like 10 plus dishes of different pastries and cold plates and on top of that, you can virtually order eggs in any style you like plus free flow of very nice coffee. ||Staff are friendly and helpful. Sort things out in split second. ||We love this hotel and definitely would recommend it to all our friends!

Positiv: Frühstück wird individuell zubereitet und ist gut. Man kann in Ruhe ohne Buffet Trubel speisen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und es herrscht eine ruhige und familiäre Stimmung. Zu Fuß sind es zum Pizza del Popolo nur schätzungsweise 5 Minuten. Uns wurden noch sehr kurzfristig Skip the Line Tickets für den Vatikan besorgt. Damit kann man an der Riesenschlange wo man stundenlang ansteht vorbei spazieren. Wir wurden direkt von der Security reinhelassen. Das war sehr hilfreich und nicht sehr teuer. ( ca. 70 Euro für 2 Personen). Negativ: Trotz geschlossenen Fenstern und runtergelassener Rollläden war Straßen Lärm zu hören. Das hörte aber so ab 24 Uhr auf. Ich denke das liegt einfach daran dass das Haus eine umgebaute ältere Villa ist. Die Betten sind etwas hart und wackelig / quietschen. Ich mag harte Betten, allerdings ist das nicht jedermanns Sache. Angesichts der 5 Sterne könnte man die Zimmer etwas luxuriöser / komfortabeler gestalten. Aber das ist Geschmackssache. Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden..

Sara was especially helpful and managed all my details with efficiency and grace. The breakfast was amazing as well. Avevamo grandi aspettative, ma siamo rimasti delusi. Questo hotel è stato l’unica nota stonata di questa nostro soggiorno a Roma.
Wi-fi non funzionava e il personale non ci ha fornito una soluzione dire anche poco cortese. Il rumore ti fa compagnia tutta la notte e non ti fa dormire.
Onestamente consiglio di evitarlo, andate altrove.

After reading the reviews on travel websites we booked expecting a boutique upmarket hotel. The staff are great as well as the breakfasts but this hotel is not 5 star and the rooms are average, the bathrooms are not very nice and the rooms|Are noisy no matter what room you would choose, we did complain as we requested a quiet room and they were very accommodating but it was moving from one noisy room to another. I personally would not recommend even though the staff are great|||||

We have just returned from a long weekend in Rome, staying at this hotel. The rooms was a good (city size) and everything worked. Fab shower which for me is always important. The only downside to the room I would say is that the bed was a little hard and not the most comfortable and the pillows not the best (this is quite personal I realise). ||||Breakfast was amazing - very quirky and a real treat. I had the pancakes which were to die for. We did not eat here in the evening but I imagine it was very good. ||||We had a couple of issues with the staff ordering taxi's for us. The first they could not get one and the second one turned up 20 mins late. They use the local rome taxi's so if there is not one nearby or one who picks up the job it can be difficult - irritating when we had booked in advance. Just something to be aware of. ||||All in all I would recommend this hotel, we are a couple and had a lovely time. Its super handy in terms of location, some great restaurants nearby.

Over the top excellent customer service, and very nice, spacious rooms. Our only disappointment was that the beds were very firm and uncomfortable. Hotel staff put padded mattress cover on our bed to make it more comfortable but also stated they are in the process of changing out all of the mattresses for more comfortable ones. Breakfast service is excellent, and make time to meet the chef/owner of the hotel and attached restaurant.
