Ian Elwell: Based upon other reviews I took a gamble and ordered a Le Creuset kettle from this shop knowing it was in Italy. I’m starting to get worried, over a week has now passed with no confirmation of dispatch despite repeated requests for information. I will have to start proceedings to recover my money via my credit card soon.

Update: Finally received the item over two weeks after placing the order. Sadly the kettle is broken and damaged in multiple locations so now about to test their returns policy. *sigh* From the packaging it was apparent the kettle was already damaged before it was sent via UPS.

Final Update: it took two months but finally got there. Kettle received and happy with it but the time frames and lack of communication makes me very hesitant to shop with this company again.
