Jan Rotti: We didn't get a car with our booked options. BUT they were listed in our contract, in addition there was a fee for drivers under 25 that was listed twice (two drivers listed was the explanation). After explaining the equipment features and indicating the fee and demanding the removal of the costs the employee removed one fee(as we demanded, cause it doesnt make sense to pay it twice) and the option costs from the bill. To be honest: It looked like they were trying to rip us off first, confirmed by the fact of no further discussion needed for the change. For more details, i speak about 600€ of costs that were additionally charged in the beginning!!!

Un'esperienza terribile al Best Buy di Jordan Creek. Il loro personale non poteva rispondere alle domande su un articolo del Black Friday che ho ordinato. Ho ricevuto un avviso che era disponibile per il ritiro, quando sono andato a ritirarlo mi è stato detto che il mio articolo non era più disponibile ed era esaurito. Ho parlato con il capo del negozio e mi è stato detto che dovrò aspettare per vedere se ne riceveranno altri. Sembra che prendano l'ordine e i soldi, ma non possono spiegare perché l'ordine non è stato evaso.
