Una bomboniera! Immersi in un liberty che non ti aspetti, cordialità tipica Palermitana. Colazione da migliorare ma con una location da favola con affaccio sul giardino inglese console in fronte ti fa amare la vita. Quattro stelle abbondanti

Hotel in un palazzetto antico ristrutturato, all’interno del Giardino inglese al quale si può accedere direttamente dall’hotel. Piccoli spazi comuni al coperto con arredamento liberty diffusi in varie zone dell’hotel, ma ci sono varie terrazze all’aperto con tavolini e salottini ai diversi piani. ||Ci hanno assegnato una stanza al primo piano, non enorme, con una bella vista sul Giardino, con balconcino, parquet, piccola scrivania e un tavolino. Bagno con accessori essenziali, doccia spaziosa, specchio ingrandente, illuminazione non ottimale. Sala colazione posta all’attico, all’aperto nei mesi caldi; colazione contenuta, con poche scelte salate e buone torte artigianali. Al piano attico è presenta anche una piccolissima sala fitness.||Il personale è cortese, sempre molto disponibile ed accogliente.||Punti negativi: nella stanza c’era sempre un odore sgradevole (hanno spruzzato un po’ di profumante ma con scarso successo), l’insonorizzazione è insufficiente e si sentono i rumori delle stanze contigue, il piano della colazione non è servito da ascensore (bisogna fare un piano a piedi).

Estuvimos al inicio y final de nuestra recorrida por Sicilia, se encuentra ubicado a pocas cuadras del centro, muy atentos sus empleados, las habitaciones cómodas. Solo el menú del desayuno era bastante restringido, sin variedad. Por lo demás todo confortable. Muy recomendable!

Premetto che , al momento della prenotazione, la reception aveva avuto modo di confermami già l’alto prezzo per una notte. Tuttavia vedendo che la struttura era un 4 stelle ho prenotato comunque fidandomi anche un po’ delle recensioni. Tutto male. Parcheggio pagato 25€ per lasciare la macchina comunque all’aperto, sulla rampa di entrata. Stanza freddina anche se il condizionatore risultava la temperatura della stanza a 25. Una volta accesso nessuna modifica,sempre fredda. Televisione imbarazzante, non rimaneva dritta nemmeno a martellate, audio pessimo e qualità video di 7/8 anni fa. Acqua della doccia diventava fredda dopo 3 minuti e non vi era più modo di farla tornare calda. Unico plauso al personale, molto cordiale ed educato.

Positiva: Las habitaciones son muy amplias y confortables, el personal muy amable. La ubicación es perfecta ya que está cerca del centro pero lejos del bullicio, delante del parque Giardono Inglese, un pequeño pulmón dentro la ciudad y el la magnífica calle de la Libertad. Repetiremos sin duda!!!.

Un hotel estupendo,acogedor y cómodo.
El desayuno era un poco escaso pero fue tan gomodo que fue lo que menos me importó.

L’hotel non è male. Ottima la posizione. Le camere risultano comode e ben arredate. Il personale di reception molto gentili. Da migliorare sicuramente la gestione della colazione. Il prezzo non male. Un po’ caro il parcheggio dell’auto.

Camera ampia ma evidenti segni di deterioramento sia negli arredi che in bagno.||Letto comodo ma assenza di prese elettriche nei pressi dei comodini.||Colazione discreta, mi sarei aspettata una maggior scelta di prodotti locali; assenza totale di brioches. We stayed here for a week in late September. Our room had a small balcony that overlooked part of the adjacent park. The room was clean, and they somehow always managed to clean it quickly, so that by the time we finished having breakfast on the roof the room would be clean again. One complaint about our room is that while it had two bathrooms, one of them had a terrible smell to it so we just kept that one closed the entire time (we never actually mentioned the smell to anyone.) Something else to note is that the key to enter the room has to be inserted into a slot after you enter in order for the room to have power (this may be how it’s done in Sicily in general, as we had to do the same in another hotel.) Breakfast is available on the roof every morning. The food was mostly decent, but you are treated to some nice views. The hotel is a bit of a walk to get to the center of Palermo; we enjoyed the long walk as it probably was needed from all the eating that we were doing - but it may be too far for those that are not able to do long walks. There is a Jacuzzi but I think you have to reserve it - it was covered during our time. There is a bar next to the lobby and it’s not terribly overpriced. Overall, the staff was very friendly and I think it’s a pretty decent place to stay.

This hotel was a great base for us. Quiet, excellent a/c (not always the case in Italy or Sicily), nice rooftop breakfast with local cakes and delicious fruit and very comfortable and spacious rooms and beds. Its about a 15-minute walk into town, but there are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby and the immediate area is an affluent, residential neighborhood. We would definitely stay here again.

It was nice hotel with a few old telephones and typewriters as deco. It is located near a high end retail stores shopping area. I especially like the nice garden next door, and the easy one minute walk to airport express bus. We also found very nice restaurants within easy walking distance. In fact we had a nice evening and nice dinner near by.

The staff were friendly, and the room was comfortable. However, one of the plug sockets had wiring that was exposed, without any warnings, etc. My boyfriend didnt notice, and got a terrible electric shock when he tried to plug something in. We told the reception what happened, and that they needed to check this/cover it up, and they said they would. When we returned, nothing had been done. Very dangerous if we had small children/for future guests.

All’interno di quello che forse era uno stabile antico, vi è questo albergo, non ci sono parcheggi esterni se non una rampa di accesso. L’ albergo è nella zona centrale della città, non tanto nella città più vecchia ma posto al centro della Palermo vecchia e di quella nuova, comunque in una zona agiata. Le camere sono grandi e ben illuminate, qualche presa di corrente aggiuntiva non dispiacerebbe. Bella la terrazza all’ultimo piano. Una parte dell’albergo ha la visuale sull’antico Giardino Inglese, uno dei polmoni verdi della città. La colazione è buona ma andrebbe arricchita. Lo consiglio vivamente.

Nonostante l'ora tarda abbiamo avuto un'accoglienza cordialmente professionale. Sistemate le valigie in camera ci hanno ben consigliato sui locali limitrofi dove poter cenare. Camera perfetta ed eleganza dappertutto. Abbiamo notato bici a disposizione dei clienti. Bellissima la veranda adibita a colazione con grande varietà di cibi!

In una zona relativamente centrale si trova questo hotel confortevole e ben |manutenuto.|Piacevole anche la terrazza per fare la colazione.|Forse essendo un hotel a 4 stelle bisognerebbe migliorare un po’ il servizio.|Tutto sommato però è un buon albergo con un prezzo ragionevole.|Da consigliare.

Personale molto gentile, colazione con una discreta varietà di dolce e salato. Ho particolarmente gradito le confetture Montalbano arancia e fichi. La camera pulita, ampia e spaziosa. Incomprensibile la carenza di prese di corrente, con la molteplicità di dispositivi elettronici da caricare... nessuna presa vicino ai comodini, nessuna presa nemmeno sulla scrivania. Ho dovuto usare quella della lampada...

Struttura situata in centro a Palermo, non è semplice parcheggiare ed il servizio dell’hotel costa 20€ a notte; detto ciò è una bella struttura liberty immersa nel parco e ben servita dai mezzi pubblici. Da rivedere la colazione senza infamia e senza gloria

It was a good location as the bus is right outside so it was easy to get around. The staff were all lovely and very helpful. The only thing I regret is they dont have a cafe or dining facility of any sort , not too much within walking distance of the Hotel and after a busy day did not always want to go back into city.

A beautiful traditional hotel with amazing public areas inside furnished with Sicilian antiques and some interesting paintings.The bedroom was spacious and modern as was the bathroom and both were spotless. There was an excellent continental breakfast buffet which is included in the price.The wifi was excellent. However there was only one power socket in the bedroom (once the lamp was unplugged) which made charging devices a challenge. There was another in the bathroom but we British are a bit wary about electricity and water!The hotel is next to the Giardine Inglese about a 15 minute walk to the centre of Palermo and there are frequent buses also.One downside was that it proved almost impossible to get a coffee and digestive on our return after being out for dinner. The bar person had to be called to emerge from his cubby hole behind the bar and even then on one occasion he just disappeared. We finally gave up. This is a shame as there are no cafes in the immediate area.

便利ではあるが、心休まらぬ旧市内のホテルを避け、ホテルの背後に緑豊かなジャルディーノ・イングレーゼ（イギリス庭園）に接するこのホテルを選んで正解であった。ホテルに面する主要道路のVia Della Libertaは旧市内への通リ道であり||マッシモ劇場まで20-25分程度で歩いて行けるとともに、その間道の両側に有名ブランドの店が並び、歩いていても興味は尽きない。この主要道路には、空港バスの||停留所があり、ホテル迄歩いて2-3分で到着（料金は6.40ユーロ）。さらに||近くの交差点を過ぎれば、レストランに加え、美味・廉価なアイスクリーム屋が点在し、更には5分程度でスーパーマーケットもある。室内は簡潔な配置だが、不満は||ない。朝食は4階にて取り、同じフロアーにオープンスペースのエリアがあり、||外気を楽しみながら、リラックス出来る。駐車場はなく、フロントに至るアクセス||に駐車するシステムだが、利用するには少々不便かと思うので、車での利用は||やめたほうが良い。

好意的: 日本語を話せるスタッフがおり、親近感があった。イギリス公園を背に、旧市内に続くメインストリートに 面し、空港からのバスの停留所からも至近なところにあるなど、旧市内の息苦しい地域から離れた場所で気が休まる。旧市内のマッシモ劇場迄歩いて15-20分程だが、通りの両側には、有名店が軒を連ね、ぶらぶら歩くには たのしい。3-4分の所に、スパーマーケットがあり、食料品・日用品などの手当ても可能。 部屋は公園側に面していたので、カーテンを開け緑を満喫することが出来た。4階までが客室で、その上が朝食 を取れる場所とオープンエリアのリラックスできる場所がある。朝食はビュッフェスタイルにて、品数もあり 十分。近くにジェラート屋があり、極めて美味且つ廉価にて、毎日通った。駐車場は利用しなかったが、ホテル 入口前に3-4台ほどのスペースはあるが、自動車利用での宿泊は避けたほうが良い。. 否定的: チェックアウト時刻が10時とやや早目にて、１１：００頃としてくれたほうが助かる。.

Most of the hotels in Palermo are very small. The Giardino Inglese is just on the edge of town, A 15 to 20 minutes walk to the centre of town. Thank goodness we chose this hotel as all the hotels further in are noisy and distasteful. This one overlooked a small park. If you stay here make sure you have as room overlooking the park which is quiet otherwise you will be woken up very early by the traffic on the main road. It is a small pleasant hotel. Dont expect any luxuries but if you stay just for a few days it is really quite pleasant. All the staff from the cleaners through to the desk staff were kind and helpful at all times. The only thing that let this hotel down so badly was the awful breakfast. At 7.40 a.m. in the morning the coffee was finished and the scrambled eggs were ice cold and rubbery. The bread was stale and we noticed the same cakes are left overnight and almost unateable the next morning. It is such a pity as otherwise it is a great small hotel for a short stay. Bus stop very nearby for getting into town or getting to and from the airport as the taxis are very expensive. There was a nice coffee bar opposite for a light breakfast. If we returned to Palermo we would stay in this hotel again.

Underwhelming bar and socialising facilities. ignore offer of sauna. in spite of plenty of notice, the stones were not hot enough to raise steam. Mancano le ciabattine di cortesia.. parcheggio sulla rampa all'esterno pagato ben 20 euro e pagati ben 145 euro per la camera non certo da da 4 stelle. Colazione discreta, cornetti microscopici e scadenti . Personale molto cortese sia alla reception che al bar.
